Before the pilot
A few direct answers.
The formula, connected-data features, and pilot details are still in development. Here is what that means now.
01Is the Restore formula final?
No. Restore, Calm, and Drive are prototype formulas in development. Ingredients under evaluation are direction, not final Supplement Facts, dosing, warnings, or claims.
02What is the difference between baseline and calibration?
A baseline is 7–14 days of your normal pattern recorded before starting a CRD formula. If you begin a formula immediately, CRD calls the first active-product period calibration so it is not mistaken for a true before-product comparison.
03Does CRD prove a formula caused a change?
No. CRD can show an observed direction or association in your personal record and the context around it. Sleep timing, travel, illness, caffeine, training, and other factors can move the same metrics.
04Do I need a wearable?
No. Scheduling, dose logging, check-ins, and the Today view are designed to work without a wearable. Connected data can add context later, with explicit permission.
05How will health data be used?
Only for features you choose to enable. The product direction keeps raw and derived health data out of advertising, marketing audiences, growth analytics, and session-replay tools.
06What happens when I skip a dose?
Log it honestly. Taken, skipped, planned skip, and unlogged are different states. CRD is designed to preserve an accurate record, not punish or shame a missed action.
07When are Calm and Drive coming?
Restore is the recommended first pilot. Calm and Drive remain separate development tracks so each protocol can be evaluated without starting three formulas at once.
08Is CRD medical advice?
No. CRD is a supplement routine and personal-record concept, not a diagnosis, treatment, medical protocol, or substitute for care from a qualified professional.
